I’m Jake Norton, and I’ve been sharing my stories, experiences, and perspectives for over 25 years. Drawn from decades climbing the world’s great peaks and immersing with the people, cultures, and landscapes surrounding them, these stories reflect my curiosities, perspectives, successes and failures, and lessons learned.
I’d like to share these stories with you through my words, photos, films, keynote presentations, and global expeditions. I hope they’ll bring you new perspectives, some inspiration, and new ideas about this amazing world we share.
But, I can’t do it without support. If you enjoy what I am creating and appreciate the impact these stories can make, please consider becoming a member.
While most of my content is (and always will be) free for everyone, I cannot produce it without your help. I spend hundreds of hours per month creating and sharing my stories—from Everest to the United Nations, Colorado to Kathmandu to Kilimanjaro—making films and photographs, and generating thought-provoking essays about our world.
If you appreciate this content and want more, I invite you to consider supporting it. You can do so for the price of a couple cups of Starbucks per month, yearly for the cost of a nice dinner for two, or you can become a lifer if you’re really motivated. As a thanks for your patronage and support, you’ll get some members-only perks, including free image and asset downloads, fine art discounts, behind-the-scenes videos, in-depth travel tips, live Q&A opportunities, and more. But, mainly, this is an NPR-style opportunity to support something you value (without the tote bag) and help ensure my ability to continue creating and sharing. And, 10% of all support will be donated to charities that I vet and members like you vote on, helping make our world a better place for us all.
Please, consider becoming a monthly, yearly, or lifetime supporter now, with my deep thanks.
