Pre-Event Questionnaire

Hi, and thank you for engaging with me to present to your organization!

As we've discussed previously, my goal with every keynote is to build and deliver a custom presentation that resonates with my audience, touching on their challenges and successes, goals and desired outcomes, values and mission, and helps motivate and inspire them to climb high, reach their summit, and enjoy the richness of the journey. But, I can't do that without information from you!

Below is a pre-event questionnaire. This will give me some basic information about your organization, the specific event (even though we've gone over some already, it's nice to have it in hard copy), logistics, and the like. Additionally, and more importantly, it will also give me details on your organization, the audience, themes and desired outcomes, and challenges faced. This is the foundation for building my presentation to meet your unique needs, and we will follow up with a conference call/Zoom to review themes and direction, refine and answer questions, and ensure we are all on the same page.
